Barberly is a marketing, management and POS software designed for automating barber businesses effectively. For starters, Barberly allows its clients to generate a customised user-friendly website with suitable texts, designs, colours, icons and logos. This website tracks every appointment and customer feedback along with a pivotal piece of information, product sales. The website also stores locations, contacts and general information about the registered customers along with the frequency of deals. Secondly, Barberly offers the option to curate personalised QR codes for customers to scan and book their appointments on the go. This is excessively convenient on the customers’ part since they can refrain from entering the salon merely for booking an appointment. These QR codes can be hung on the front door of the salon for easy access. The size of the QR poster is customisable and can thus be modified according to the client’s requirements. The bookings made can be accessed on the dashboard.

The barber app still doesn't update

The barber app still doesn't update. I have had several errors in judgement because I'm looking at the app telling me information that has changed hour ago or more. I inquired about and was told an update was coming to correct it. Still nothing.

An excellent service which takes away…

An excellent service which takes away delays when getting haircut. Barbers need to adhere to it though, today went for 11am appointment and waiting for 20 minutes as had walk in customers even though I explained to him I was the 11am appointment.

In general a really good app. A few areas that could be made a little simpler but otherwise still very good. Could be a 5* if the loyalty section was better. Very happy with the app so far ????
