By submitting content to SaaSMarketplace.co, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before pitching.
Content Ownership & Rights
SECTION 11.1
Content originality
All submitted articles must be 100% original and not published or syndicated elsewhere, including on your own blog, LinkedIn, Medium, or any third-party platform. Submitting duplicate content is grounds for immediate rejection and permanent blacklisting from future contributions.
1.2
Licence grant
By submitting content, you grant SaaSMarketplace.co a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, distribute, and promote your article across our website and marketing channels. You retain moral rights and full author credit at all times.
1.3
Editorial rights
Our editorial team reserves the right to edit, revise, or reformat any submitted article for clarity, style, and SEO purposes — without altering the core meaning or argument. Major structural changes will be flagged to the author before publication.
Link Policy
SECTION 22.1
Permitted links
Each article may include one (1) do-follow link to the contributor's website or a highly relevant published piece. Additional links may be included as no-follow at our editorial discretion.
2.2
Prohibited links
Links to gambling, crypto, adult content, VPN services, casino, or pharmaceutical sites are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection. We also do not permit links to direct competitor platforms.
Accuracy & Liability
SECTION 33.1
Factual accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring all facts, statistics, tool pricing, and feature claims in your article are accurate at the time of submission. Please link to primary sources for any data or statistics cited. We may reject or request revision of any article we believe contains inaccurate or misleading information.
3.2
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSMarketplace.co, its owners, editors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your submitted content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, misrepresentation, or breach of third-party rights.
3.3
AI-generated content
Submitting AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted content without prior written disclosure is strictly prohibited. We use Originality.ai and Copyleaks to screen all submissions. Any author found to have submitted undisclosed AI content will be permanently blacklisted and their article removed immediately.
Publication & Moderation
SECTION 44.1
No publication guarantee
Submission of an article does not guarantee publication. Our editorial team evaluates every piece for quality, relevance, and audience fit. We will notify you of our decision via email within 5–7 business days of receiving your final approved draft.
4.2
Permanent posts
Once published, guest posts are listed permanently on SaaSMarketplace.co. We do not remove articles unless they contain factual errors, violate these Terms, or breach applicable law. Requests for removal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be actioned.
4.3
Spam and solicitation
Guest contributors may not use their author profile or published content to solicit business, promote unsolicited services, or contact our readers for commercial purposes. Any such behaviour will result in immediate removal of the author's content and ban from future submissions.
4.4
Updates to these terms
SaaSMarketplace.co reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued submission of guest content after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page before each new submission.
