Clients will place orders using the BlockSTRACT service or the Qualia Marketplace API. The order form must be dynamic based on product selection and customer add-ons, and it must closely reflect the data collected by the Qualia Marketplace. The order is accepted by Abstractor via the BlockSTRACT website. The system identifies who responded first and notifies the winner. The Abstractor receives the order details, as well as any attachments. After that, the client is informed that the order has been received and is being processed. BlockSTRACT offers a lot of features, such as the client management tool, which allows you to keep track of important data about your clients/customers and give you access to it when you need it. The order management feature automates and systematizes the tracking, monitoring, supervision, and meeting of deadlines for requested goods. You receive alerts because any occurrence or outage generates an immediate notification by Voice, SMS, Email, RSS Feeds, or Push
