The service providers can list their services with ease on the app; they can manage orders, staff, refund, ads, etc., and track their agents.

The service agent can accept or reject a service request; he can view his wallet to track his earnings, view the service details. The route navigation feature of the app helps the service agent to find the shortest and the most efficient route to the location of the customer. In addition to that, the service agent can also update the service status as completed or pending.

The customer is provided the ease to search for services quickly with the advanced search filter. The customer can schedule the delivery on his preferred date and time. The multiple payment options make it easy for the customer to choose the payment method he/she trusts. Customers can receive push notifications informing them about discounts and coupons. In addition to that, customers get loyalty points for each service availed that they can redeem the next time they book a service from the ap
