ContractSafe is a contract management software that helps businesses store and manage their contracts in one unified location. The software includes features such as speed search, email-based reminders, and detailed reports. It also helps with accurate deadline management by sending automated reports about approaching deadlines. ContractSafe also has an intuitive search and reporting feature that allows users to keyword-search and find exact matches on the go. In addition, ContractSafe offers user management, role-based permission rights, no-delete and read-only users, and real-time notifications on new uploads. ContractSafe also takes special care of user-based data and security protocols by conducting detailed penetration and vulnerability testing, malware and intrusion detection, and virus detection. The software also encrypts data at rest and while in transit. Lastly, ContractSafe integrates with Salesforce, SAML 2.0/Okta, DocuSign, and Active Directory.
