Worst platform I ever used. Spend 3 hours trying to get this to work and zero results. Also issues with pricing. I would never use this again. Total waste of time

I had close to US$50 balance in my account when I stopped using the service and was never able to get a refund. They find it funny when you finally reach someone at the company and put you through a vicious loop only to deny you over and over again.

Had issues accessing my account, so got in contact with their support team for help - wow are they incompetent! They made a huge mess of my request and ended up costing me 2 weeks without fax services for my clients.
