Easy to use. No problems experienced during the call.
it was very difficult to access the conference call. One of the callers was never able to access the conference, they tried every number multiple times, but was still unable the get on the call.
The numbers don't work consistently. I have to dial a couple of times the same number before I can access the call. At other times the recording states that the number doesn't work or you get the sound of a fax machine. No one tells you that you MUST dial 1...
Lots of clicking on call. Muting users did not fix.
