Fullstory provides detailed heatmap generation and other analytics through features like heatmaps, user session recording, error detection, and more. Heatmaps are generated by tracking user activity on your website and spraying colors of different tones on various segments, depending on the level of interaction. You can filter the results by criteria like Top users, device used, etc. Fullstory also records the entire user session so you never miss any detail of how the user interacts. Along with the user's interaction, it also records and detects errors in JavaScript console logs. Fullstory prevents collecting sensitive user data like location, IP address, and web domain. It also identifies error/dead clicks, bugs, and pop-ups that degrade the user experience. Minute details like rage clicks and thrashing mouse are also taken into account. You can also export CSV userlists for your searches and segments. Lastly, you can share reports with other team members using the 'Collaborate' feature.
