Monitive is a click away to keep you informed. The mobile web app can be added to your home screen or installed as a Chrome app. The web interface uses its RESTful API for all operations. You can plug in and build your own flows and features. Each outage will trigger a succession of alerts, from email to phone call. By default, they won't call you at night, so you can get some rest even if there are night-time outages.
