Hire, formerly known as Recruiterbox, is an online recruitment software and applicant tracking system that helps companies worldwide. Companies can post recruitment advertisements on their websites or on careers pages hosted by Recruiterbox. The posted recruitment ads can be presented to search engines and even shared on social media accounts. Users can even create a set of steps according to their recruitment process and carry on with the applicant tracking part as they go through each step. With Recruiterbox, panellists can invite their other colleagues to work on recruitment processes as a team. Supervisors can assign them different roles and responsibilities to manage candidates at different stages and collect shared feedback. The software even allows companies to create a customisable application form and collect information from applicants that are not included in their resumes. Also, Recruiterbox can be used to discuss candidates, attach documents/notes to candidates profiles and share evaluations as needed.
