Insights into the performance of web projects or client campaigns are available in real-time. The collected feedback can also contain screenshots and edits for better depiction of the issue. Feedback management is possible too, via tagging, categorizing, and filtering. The tool integrates with several bug tracking software and project management tools to initiate relevant processes triggered by actionable feedback.
