EPAY HCM is an HR and payroll management software that enables HR departments to manage various business-related functions efficiently and generate & distribute payrolls accurately and on time. The software has a recruitment module that helps users to post vacancy notifications on leading job boards and social networks and select the right candidates for the job. EPAY HCM also allows users to capture accurate employee data, calculate and distribute essential benefits to the deserving employees, automatically. The software has a time and attendance management module that allows users to track and manage the time and attendance of every worker using workers’ facial and fingerprint biometrics. EPAY HCM provides HRs with a plethora of advanced tools and analytics, helping them to cut labour costs by 5% or more. Finally, the software can also be used to process payrolls with great accuracy including employee tax calculations across all local and state jurisdictions.
