Support is absolutely useless

Support is absolutely useless. Deployment support and configuration should be included. No support via calls or meetings, only email. The UI needs works as well. Search box is not very "responsive".

This is a very useful tool, but documentation is a bit lacking. The knowledge base isn't user-friendly, and keyword searches don't seem to really help, so you have to dig for everything or post to a forum.
