About
Retently's primary goal is to help you increase your customer retention rates. To do this, Retently allows you to measure and improve customer satisfaction via a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This survey simply asks customers "How likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?" on a scale of 1-10. Based on their responses, customers are then divided into three categories: Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. Finally, you can use this data to improve the way you serve customers. Retently makes it easy to send out surveys to different segments of your customer base, and all surveys can be customized to match your brand's look and feel. Additionally, you can personalize the survey's thank you page.
